And with further help from the video session and feedback from Scott we were able to see if our 'visions' met 'reality'! Maybe 'before' and 'after' pictures will help us further with our practice. Congratulations to Bronwyn, Lorely and Sian for obviously having more perception of what it's all about than the rest of us! There is no doubt that these relatively simple excercises, designed for our individual needs, could improve our fitness and strengths and help eliminate or prevent any 'Sway and Slide' element of our golf swings.
